Kacie Bagley, LCSW

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready to better understand yourself and what you need? Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you know you want something to change but aren’t quite sure where to begin. I work with individuals who are looking for support as they explore these questions and begin making meaningful changes in their lives.

I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults struggling with anxiety, life transitions, emotion regulation, or processing difficult experiences. While this stage of life can be an exciting time of growth and self-discovery, it also brings unique challenges—sometimes it can even feel like our own brain is playing tricks on us! Additionally, I strive to create a space where parents feel guided and encouraged as they help their children manage life's ups and downs.

I provide a warm, non-judgmental environment where clients can feel at ease. My approach integrates evidence-based practices tailored to your needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) principles, and person-centered care. I am passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community and ensuring clients feel they have an inclusive, safe space to come as they are.

Because every person is unique, care is always tailored to your individual goals. Sometimes that means traditional talk therapy, and other times it might look like playing Uno in session to practice communication skills! Together, we’ll build on your strengths to align your actions with your values and help you build the life you want to live.
