Sarah Roberts, LCSW
Many of us go through periods where we feel overwhelmed by intense emotions. We might deal with negative thoughts, self-doubt, or a lack of motivation and resources to reach our goals.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I have worked across a variety of settings helping individuals find meaning and renewed passion in their lives. I specialize in evidence-based approaches including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). I also incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Play Therapy.
I draw from these tools to design a tailored plan that fits your specific needs—whether we are focusing on behavioral changes or processing past wounds, therapy in my practice is always client-centered.
